Alexandra is a fantastic hairstylist with a wide range of expertise. She is bringing me from a dark box brown back to blonde while keeping my hair healthy and looking good throughout the process. She also does a great job on my boys hair! Highly recommend this salon and particularly Alexandra. I’m an introvert and she’s great at making conversation and keeping things not awkward ?

I have been looking for a salon for several years where I felt like I was getting the look I wanted and leaving a satisfied customer. I first came in for a hair cut and really connected with Emma. She did an amazing job on my cut, and when I showed her how I wanted my hair colored, she explained to me exactly how she could achieve that look. I came back for my color and haven't been this happy with my hair in a very long time. Emma took the time to listen, consult with others, and talked me through the process the whole way so that she knew I would leave happy with my hair. I have already told all of my friends to give Brush'd a try and I am excited for my next appointment!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment with Karen and when I got there, I waited for 20 minutes and they told me someone else will be cutting my hair. The lady cutting my hair seemed very annoyed, because I had long hair. Half way through she said I had thick hair so there will be an up charge of $20. She saw that I had thick hair right away but didn’t say anything. I do not recommend this salon as they will try to add additional up charges, and have very rude customer service. I will not be coming back. You will get better service at great clips.

I got my hair done by Marischen. She was a really kind and nice woman. However, it doesn’t help when you’re unhappy with the end result. The color is wrong and isn’t fixable because it’s almost black now. The haircut and blowout are TERRIBLE. She didn’t do anything I asked for. In fact, she did the opposite. When I told her my hair was too dark, she said, “It suits your skin tone more.” I really don’t know what she meant by that. My friend even asked me if it’s Halloween again. So, I don’t think it’s very flattering. Oh yes, but the only thing she got right was getting rid of my gray hairs. But honestly, I didn’t need to go to a professional hairdresser to turn my hair to red/dark brown/ black just to cover my grays. I could have done that myself at home and not paid $221. I’m really sad 🙁

Btw, she took a BEFORE pic but not an AFTER picture ? I think she didn’t like her own work, too.

This was my second appointment at Brush’d with Emma. She is amazing!! She always makes sure I’m comfortable, is very communicative, friendly, and thorough. She asked great questions to make sure she was giving me exactly what I wanted! She checked all the boxes for me and I left feeling amazing, with an awesome new look!
