Logo'd Gear saved the day. Brittany is the employee who I conducted most of my transaction with. She offered over and above assistance and was a great pleasure to work with. Her colleague Sandi was also very pleasant and helpful. Logo'd gear was able to design and provide me a sewout sample of what my final product would look like within 24hrs and finished product within 48hrs. As an example of Logo'd gear's customer service, recently, we had a quick turnaround (7 days) for an event banner for a trade show. The supplier made a mistake with the delivery date and we were at risk for the banner not arriving on time. Upon communicating this to Logo'd gear, Sandi arranged to manufacture a new banner with immediate shipping all free of charge. The banner arrived a day in advance of the show allowing a strong brand presence. We look forward to building a long term partnership with the company.

This is the third apparel company we've used in a few years. It has been a better experience than the first two local companies we've used in the past.

WOW is all I can say! I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. The team there is absolutely phenomenal and goes (more than) above and beyond in every way. They have a ton of great products to choose from that will fit any company's brand. Highly recommend.
