This Altar’d State is absolutely amazing! The staff were phenomenal, everything was organized and well stocked, and having sections for each of their brands was so helpful. The dressing rooms were also very spacious and cozy. Coming from being used to shopping at much smaller Altar’d States, this was quite an experience!

My parents bought me some clothes last week from Arula that were supposed to fit, but didn't. When I came this week for the first time, they let me try on probabaly over 50 items. The associates kept making sure I was happy, and they were fun to talk and work with! They took my exchanges with no problems, and were very helpful and supportive. Some of the stuff is hard to reach but the associates helped me with getting several things with the hooks. I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience and look forward to going again! It was really nice to find young trendy clothes being a plus size person!

The only downsides about this store that I can see, is that it's quite pricey, sizing is inconsistent, and the quality of the product is not very good (hence the missing a star) but the quality of service, and the way they made me feel, made my experience worth while.

I had an employee named Rebecca help me and she was so helpful! She got all my clothes from me and when I was trying them on, she made me feel so confident! I really appreciate having someone in the store to help when I needed it most.

Rebecca was such a great worker! Got me a dressing room, helped me with different styles & I ended up spending almost $200 with her help! Will for sure be coming back.

I hate to write a review like this because I honestly love this store. The ladies at tullabee are always so sweet and welcoming but the second I step into altrd state it’s a completely different vibe. This is the 3rd time I walked in without a welcome but ladies coming in after me did. The first two times I thought maybe coincidence or they didn’t see me. But after this last time I couldn’t let it go. Not verbalizing a hello is one thing but not even a smile could be managed? The only difference has ever been that most of the girls coming don’t look like me. So it seems like the black/brown women don’t get the same hello and sales pitch as others. The girl at the register or the girls discussing the store set up acknowledged me. It saddens me and I don’t like that I even feel the need to post this but the girls working here should be more aware how they are coming off to others.

My daughter and I were on the hunt for a Homecoming dress. I am so grateful we stumbled upon Altar'd State at Southpark Mall. The service was impeccable. Every employee helped. They helped us look for the perfect dress along with jewelry that would compliment her dress. A+++. We will be back.

Okay clothes, style were good but cheap fabric.
Everything was $49.95 it seems.
I don't like the way the cashier was badgering me about my email.
I really don't check my email or pass it out for a one time purchase.
She acted like without it they cannot do a return. I'm guessing a receipt does not do anything?
I won't be back. I purchased a item for my daughter. Otherwise I wouldn't have bought anything there at all.
