I’ve been going here for almost a year now and my experience has been great. One area has no hair growing back and the other area has very little hair after not shaving for months. The technicians here are so kind and make you feel very comfortable. They ask you if the pain is too much and will gladly turn down the intensity for you no matter how much you ask. If you get the groupon it’s such a good deal! A deal I’ve never seen anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to Tempe Laser Center for laser hair removal treatments for about 2 years now and it’s been great! The staff is amazing, friendly, and they get the job done. The office is clean and comfortable. The prices are the best I’ve found. I’m so happy with the results I’ve gotten from my treatments. I travel 45 mins to come here and it’s 100 percent worth the drive!

Stopped in for Carbon Facial, felt odd to me, no prior cleansing of the skin, just had the charcoal slapped on and waited until it dried... the facial itself was hot and a little uncomfortable but nothing unmanageable..
For a service priced at $350++ i found it very odd that I was just handed two wipes to wipe my own face immediately after laser. Then told by the tech to apply aloe Vera to my own face (didn't offer me gloves/use her own gloved hands to do this part of service)

The aloe Vera i was instructed to use ungloved was clearly 50% used up and has me thinking how many other patients dip their unsanitary/ungloved hands into this at the techs direction and apply it to their newly lasered face? I took it upon myself to grab a glove for myself... having no idea when someone last washed their hands & offering no hand sanitizer prior is crazy work... there's a whole world of bacteria that exist under nails/ on the hands.

Are there no infection control precautions used here? Or was it just today? As the skin barrier is newly disrupted you'd hope that there aren't any nasty bacterias in the community aloe Vera jar...now that would suck, right?
I'm hoping for a great result, but would definitely be going else where... maybe a place that provides a service worth $350 plus dollars..
Thank god for groupon, I would've been a little more peeved had i paid the full price.

The tech was nice, however provided absolutely no aftercare instruction besides saying use the aloe in the office... the high price of this laser treatment could at LEAST come along with education to ensure that patients have the best results. Let's remember to be more patient centered/oriented--not so much of a get them in, get them out.

Two stars given purely bc my facial was completed, and my face remained intact lol.

Not writing this to bash anyone, just use it as a learning opportunity to provide a safer service to patients that put their trust in you to have their well being in mind.

Maybe an after care, a pamphlet for patients would help?

This is my first time doing any kind of laser treatment. My girlfriend and I bought 2 packages for laser services. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous but they helped me remain calm and helped me understand what to expect. I recently had to change an appointment after the cut off time but Maggie was able to help resolve the issue because I had an allergic reaction to the area I was getting my laser treatment on.
She was super understanding and extremely helpful. The customer service here will definitely keep me coming back for more services.

This is my first time doing laser after 20+ years of waxing. I’ve only done it a couple times and it seems to be thinning out. Every time you go, you get a different attendant. I give it four stars because I bought the year Groupon and it said unlimited but I was told to return every 4 weeks. Other than that they are fast and great at what they do. Thanks Tempe laser center.
