Amazing experience! Very welcoming and professional staff right when you walk in. I had laser almost a decade ago and the experience was so painful, I couldn’t finish the sessions.
This experience was sooo different. Spoiled Laser literally spoils you! I got my bikini line lasered by Jenifer who took care of me and asked how I was doing often. Everyone eased my apprehensions, technology really has come a long way and I didn’t feel much of anything, but I knew it was working!
Coming here for laser is also INEXPENSIVE. Way cheaper than waxing, way less painful than waxing and you know you have an end date to never shaving again. 100/10 recommend 🙂

The 3 stars go to three people who made me feel welcomed, one them being Justine. I was convinced getting a package deal, which I didn't see any results. I need to be honest. This was my way to cope with stress, instead of going to a therapist. It was really nice talking to the 3 young ladies, which is why I give 3 stars. Their services and friendliness made me feel like a valued customer. I didn't plan to go back once I was done, but there is something that a young lady did with the genesis treatment that left me feeling so outraged. I'm a little over due with this review, because the last day here was sometime in June 2024.
I had done the genesis on my face and then she would do my neck (I wish I actually saw a difference...but nothing!)
She forgot to ask if I had sunscreen on my neck, which I did. When she was done, she tells me that's why the machine was flaring up when used on my neck. I asked her if anything would happen to my skin. She replied no. So I took her word for it. She was really nice, but she wasn't careful. I then see a burn on each side of my neck. I was furious. It seemed to be healing, but then 2 months ago, I developed a rash over the areas of burn. I'm dealing with a lot of stress and I couldn't believe this had happened, all because I had that previous burn. I had to go to a dermatologist to get a steroid for the affected area.
Have a sign to make everyone aware to remove any sunscreen before the treatment. This should have never happened!!!
I will NEVER step foot here again.

I went in for my first laser hair removal treatment yesterday.
I couldn't speak any higher about the level of service and customer attention given at this facility. I am a big guy and it took a while to do my entire body. My tech Kayla was very patient and took the time to do everything right it was definitely worth the time and money.
The laser didn't hurt nearly as bad as I expected and the process itself was very smooth. Looking forward to seeing the results in a few more sessions!

My favorite laser place! I’ve went to one in LA before and it doesn’t even compare to this experience. All of the staff are so welcoming and sweet, I was nervous since I have a low pain tolerance. Michael is amazing, he adjusted the laser to my comfort level and was beyond patient and accommodating to my treatment. On top of that, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly to me.

After 1 under arm treatment I already saw results, my hair was significantly thinner and fell out! I can’t wait to see how the rest turns out, thank you Spoiled Laser for such an amazing experience ?

Great experience and everyone is so sweet. They made sure the laser was on a comfortable setting for me and checked in with me multiple time to see how I was doing during the session. I had to bring my baby cousin in and they watched her while I was doing my laser session in another room. Thank you Spoiled Laser!

Their technicians are well skilled and make you feel at ease also this place is beautiful and polished looking.
