I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s pretty small and out of the way. Prices aren’t great either, even with a Groupon. They are pretty easy to schedule but if you need to change your appointment you have to call them, which is inconvenient. You can’t change it online.

I had an appointment at 3pm and arrived 10 min early but they’re still in there with another client before me and it’s taking forever. I probably won’t get seen until 3:30pm.

The technology they use is also very old. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I would recommend this place for anyone in the market for laser hair removal. The staff there is very responsive, professional, and friendly. They are also very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. The person who performs the procedure puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my results. The procedure itself does not hurt a lot and is quick and close to painless. You will feel a zap of heat that quickly turns into a cool sensation. I would choose this place again and again.

I have been here for a couple of different areas. Overall, I got a great price with my Groupon and the treatment is good. Catarín was my tech, and she was very good. She is efficient, friendly, and makes sure things are going well. I've done laser hair removal multiple times at multiple facilities over the last 12 years or so, and their machine hardly hurts at all. My last set of 6 treatments was for lower legs, and it was a touch-up for me. I am happy with the results. It can be next to impossible booking an appointment. I called multiple times, left messages, and never got a call back. Finally, I gave up and went in to schedule in person. The text service immediately responds when you call, but the service doesn't allow scheduling via text.

This was my first go at laser hair removal. I used a Groupon and overall it was a great experience. The staff are amazing and friendly. The facility is clean and well kept. For me the service worked very well, though I know it varies on skin type and hair color. I'd go back here again for more laser hair services.

I don’t understand the negative reviews! I love it here. The staff is very accommodating and you shouldn’t have to wait long for your appointment. I love the laser machine that they have too … it is actually painless! The Groupon deal really makes it affordable too.

I had a great experience at Skyline laser spa. It was was my first time for laser services. Ayesha is very professional and explained everything and make me comfortable. I didn’t feel any pain. I still have couple of sessions left looking forward to it. I will Surely recommend to my friends and family. Office staff was very helpful as well.

I had a great experience here, from the people to the actually service! I received laser on my upper lip and the machine that they used was honestly so quick and I barely felt a thing! The people were so friendly from beginning to end and super helpful when helping me make my appointment. I’ll definitely be recommending skyline laser to my friends and family who are looking for a great experience in and out! :)They also offer so many other services when it comes to skin care as well which I will definitely be looking further into.

I came here for hair removal. I did 6 full treatments plus 3 additional sessions for face and to complete laser treatment I started at a different location in 2019 but couldn’t finish it due to the pandemic.
This was a colossal waste of time, having to drive for over 40 mn to get here. I’ve seen two different technicians in 2021 and as one of the customers said in her review they don’t seem to know how to time and target the hair growth cycle. I also think that the machine they use doesn’t deliver. The second tech upped the intensity after I complained that I wasn’t seeing results and still no difference. The hair on my face is very thin and dark but the laser here didn’t do anything. At the other place where I started treatment I noticed huge results after only one treatment!!!
I have to say that the front office clerk is very accommodating with scheduling.
I don’t recommend this place at all. Save your time and money and by all means take your business elsewhere.
