The staff are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They mean business about skin burn safety and proper PPE during the treatment. The exam room is clean. My technician Crismar is the nicest!!! She’s very easy to chat with, which is a helpful distraction!

Very clean and stylish salon with the least painful procedure and the friendliest ladies on the reception and technician. Crismar is an angel: very attentive and understanding. Every visit almost feels like visiting a friend, rather than something painful and scary. I would highly recommend West 8th St location and beautiful Crismar!

I’m so glad I started laser hair removal! It was the easiest transition from waxing. Not nearly as painful and they always have promos in store ?. Crismar is super patient with me and has wonderful bedside manners. She’s the best, my go to. Can’t wait to start my legs and arms in the Fall. Love everyone here this location is super convenient and clean every time!
