I finally decided to look into Otoplasty and found Ranch & Coast Plastic Surgery, alongside a few other spots in San Diego. After meeting with Ranch & Coast, they were a standout among the rest. Dr. Francis and Lauren were very informative and calmed any nerves prior to the surgery. I was so pleased with my results, and they insisted on multiple follow-ups post-surgery to make sure my ears were perfect. After a few months, we decided to make a little tweak to my left ear to make them more symmetrical. My ears are absolutely PERFECT now and I feel so confident wearing my hair up. I couldn't recommend Dr. Francis and his team more!
