If I could leave a negative -5 star review I would. Not only for this location but for the Scottsdale location as well. Where do I start.... I was sold $9,100.00 dollars of services (Thermage and Micro needeling) from this location since it was the closest location 17 miles from my home, only to find out after paying for the services and making my first appointment, then the day before my first appointment I was called and got cancelled on because this location was not even equipped with the machines to render the services I purchased. So then I was pushed to have to travel 45 miles from my home to Scottsdale. So I made my first inner thigh Thermage appointment in Scottsdale, I get to Scottsdale for my first scheduled appointment and the machine wasn't working. Instead of waiting to start the inner Thermage I went a head and scheduled my first Micro Needeling to face and neck. While I was there I showed interest Cool Sculpting so the nurse reviewed the areas I was wanting the treatment and advise how many applicators I would need. So I ended up buying 32 applicators in the amount of $7,300.00 being into my treatments at $16,400.00.....So once again no treatment rendered and had to reschedule the inner thigh Thermage. Unfortunately I had to travel to Indiana for a family illness, so my first inner thigh Thermage appointment had to be transferred to Chicago- I had to travel 3 hrs away to get this service rendered. But finally i was able to get something i was paying for started. After the first inner thigh Thermage appointment was completed I called my contact that has been helping me out and had scheduled my first round of Coolsculpting and Thermage to the neck in Scottsdale. I needed it done all in the same weekend so I had to fly back to AZ just for these appointments on a Saturday and Sunday. I flew from Indiana to Arizona and traveled to Scottsdale got my first round of Coolsculpting on Saturday and the next day was to be my first round of Thermage to the neck. Sunday I traveled all the way to Scottsdale parked my vehicle was walking in to my appointment just to get a call that they had to cancel after I already arrived at my appointment that I flew in for. So once again unable to get services I have paid for. I had to return to Indiana with out completed services. When I knew I was returning to Arizona for good, I called and scheduled in at the Surprise location a Clear and Brilliant and in Scottsdale my 2nd round of Coolsculpting and First round of neck Thermage. Day of my Clear and Brilliant Surprise location called and had to cancel and reschedule so once again no services, and had to rearrange my schedule to meet this locations needs. Next appointment was 3 days later in Scottsdale for Coolsculpting and Thermage on the neck, appointment confirmed by several people in Lazeraway, I get ready travel 45 miles away arrive 30 minutes early just to find when I arrive that the location wasn't open, I didn't get a call till after I arrived at the location and reached out to my contact to find out what was going on. Then the regional manager called after This happened 4 or 5 times. This past week before this last icing on the cake, I almost purchased $4,300.00 of Tirzepatide for weight loss treatment. Thank goodness I decided to wait.

I do have have one good thing to say about this and it's not about the company it's about one GREAT and AMAZING employee that cares about her clients. Her name is Rebekka Ramirez/PCC out of Summerlin Nevada location. Rebekka contacted me after I purchased my first package and has been my main contact thru out this entire process. Rebekka has been the only one to help, jump thru hoops, make calls to upper management (which didn't call me in the time promised to get the issues fixed)..... Rebekka stuck her neck out to find me other locations to fit me in but times didn't go with my schedule and they were further away. I wish they had a Rebekka Ramirez in every location. This young lady deserves "EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AWARD".

Today was my first time trying the clear and brilliant laser facial. I was nervous because I thought it would be painful but it wasn’t at all. The staff is so nice and they answered all my questions. I can’t wait to see my results !

Not super impressed with the sales tactic they use. The lady I spoke with was rude and pushy. I was expecting a consultation in regards to the treatment, I wasn’t expecting to be rushed and pressured into signing loan documents. There’s better places to go

I purchased my daughter a laser package for this business. Today she went for her an appt and was 7 min late due to an extremely busy parking lot and traffic. When she arrived the front desk clerk was extremely rude and gave her appt away. When I attempted to call this company to find out why the appt was given away they hung up the phone on me on purpose and told me we’re not clients. I asked to speak to the owner and manager which the girl named Michelle refused to put me in touch with and didn’t even take my name and ask how to assist further. I am not sure how corporate can let a business function under their name. There is a million laser places out there- choose one where the staff actually cares about their clients. Buyer beware.

I have been to the LaserAway Scottsdale clinic twice now. Both times I received excellent service!! They gave very thorough and professional assistance. The facility and procedures rooms are very clean and sanitary.
The injector Holly was supper informative and did very well with placement and asking lots of questions about my desired look. The front desk Michelle and Jasmine A. also assisted greatly. I had a situation with financials and they went above and beyond resolving the issue and finding the best solution. Really investigating and finding the best option for me. I will continue to visit this facility and highly recommend it to anyone. Very pleased! Thank you Ladies and keep up the great customer service your skills are highly appreciated!!
