The ladies working at this location are so friendly. They always make me feel comfortable and welcome. They always answer any questions and find out the answer if they are not sure. My laser treatments have been affordable. I have seen a huge difference on my dark spots going away.

I had a laser tattoo removal session years ago, but still had residual ink remaining that I finally decided to target today. LaserAway was able to get me in for a consultation, do a quick video with their nurse for final medical approval, and do a laser removal session, all in less than 3 hours from when I called. I inquired about additional services and spent a decent amount of time going over the various services offered here and what would be best to meet my needs. The ladies were able to find good packages and apply current promotions, so I'm booked and ready for future services. All in all, excellent experience and I'm glad I came in today.

My first visit at Laser Away Arcadia was beyond my expectations! I immediately meshed with Michelle and Haley in the front and was greeted with earnest friendliness. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, patient and full of personality! I literally could just hang out there with them.
Izzy, my nurse aesthetician, listened to my concerns and understood my desired outcome, which was achieved. She provides a relaxing energy and chill vibes.

So far so FANTASTIC! I’m just 2 treatments into my hair removal and I’m loving the progress! Stuff is so friendly and helpful during the process. I’m also doing tattoo removal also, and although I’m only two treats in I'm seeing little progress each time and I’m so excited to see the end results.

I bought a tattoo removal for quite a hefty price about a year ago. I ended up getting only 1 treatment because i was moreso pressured into buying. A couple of weeks later i tried to get an exchange (because they don’t do refunds) for something that would actually make my life easier like laser hair removal. They told me i have to pay MORE for the treatment (mind you i have a loan for about 2k). The woman was extremely rude, pushy and sketchy when it came to sales so i just let the payments come out and let them take my money. HOWEVER!!! Bridgette has redeemed this company for me (: i got an exchange for no extra cost and i am so glad she worked with me. She was SO sweet and kind! Thank you for working with me Bridgette and not letting my money go down the drain you are so appreciated ?

jasmine and tia are my favorite people in the whole world I flew from San Diego just to come to this location. Amber is the best! She was so funny and made it so nice the whole time. Highly recommend better than any other location I’ve ever been to.

I was pressured into a bundle deal I didn’t want. Was told over and over since I got the loan already, it’s best to use, will not get a better deal else where. Has not been two weeks yet, meantime one side of eyebrow is higher than the other. Will not be going back to the Phx location. Prefer to go to the Chandler location as my daughter recommended, but was informed all their nurses were awesome. Was the bundle that I was most uncomfortable with.

I had the best experience here! It was my first time getting this treatment and Mallory made the booking process easy, and when I got to my appointment she greeted me and made sure all my questions were answered! The ladies who did my lip filler were just as informative and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back!
