EDIT: Her name is Tanya!! Wonderful girl. She’s gentle and made my first time with juvaderm an enjoyable experience. She set expectations and let me take a break when I needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Tanya was very short with me. She went to go grab some more wipes at the beginning of my treatment, but she was gone for 12 minutes. I had to talk to the front desk to ask where she was. Then she came out, but she didn’t being any extra wipes with her. She then seemed to be rushing throughout my treatment. At the end of the treatment , she didn’t say goodbye or anything. As soon as she mixed the aftercare, she stormed out of the room without a word. I have had dozens of laser treatments at LaserAway in Bella Terra and the other nurses did not behave like this.

For me Nurse T makes this place worth going to! Haha. She is so sweet and easy to talk to and makes the session go by pretty quick and painless. She also has phenomenal bedside manner and explains what she is doing and why. Really happy with my laser hair removal so far.

I could tell Nurse Garcia was new. It would be nice to be told beforehand if someone new was about to do the session with me. Anyway, I had her for my laser hair removal and she didn’t test out the heat or how intense the laser would be (usually the laser would be tested behind my neck but that didn’t happen for this session). She just went for it and told me to just tell her if it’s alright. It was set to high ?‍♀️ it was really hot and didn’t feel like a normal rubber band feeling. So I quickly expressed my pain & she lowered it. Once again when she lowered the intensity she went for it instead of testing it first. Nurse Garcia however, is quite a sweet and nice person. Overall, I’d say she just needs to take her time and not rush the process.
