Been coming here for over a year, they’ve always been hospitable & spoken with a smile. 6 weeks between appointments, the hair is basically non existent at this point. I got the armpits & facial hair removal. Totally worth it, the pain at first stings BUT it is bearable & eventually feels like nothing. I did get a free clear + brilliant as an add on to a package I got when this location first opened & the pain from that for ME was too much. I wouldn’t do it again but if you have a high pain tolerance then you should totally get it. I loved the results from just the first time but I can’t go through that again. Everyone is always great, make sure to get accurate price estimates so you won’t be caught off guard. I won’t lie, I wasn’t sure how much I’d be paying at first, ended up accidentally taking a 2k loan out with them, but I was able to pay it off. I would NOT recommend if you are low on funds, treatment packages can be pretty expensive. This ended up being a luxury I was THANKFULLY able to afford, they let me know if I want touch ups in the future I’d be able to get them done in smaller packages which is great.

I'm a new patient to LaserAway and I have to say my very first experience was AWESOME! I was greeted with professionalism and kindness by Akia. She wanted to be informed of how scheduling my appointment went and asked if I had any questions. She gave me a tour of the facility and gave a brief on each exam room and what procedures were done in each. I was accessed and treated by Ashley and let's just say she was an absolute SWEET HEART! She was very professional and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I definitely can't wait for my next rounds of treatments!

Such an incredible experience! Akia was so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff was really kind and the nurse who did the laser treatment was super thorough. The facility and treatment room was very clean, too. Would highly recommend LaserAway Heights!

I just finished my last session and I just would like to say my entire visit was just amazing! Akia have been the best informed person ever! Honestly, everyone I have an interaction here at the heights location was just amazing! I would most definitely recommend anyone to come here. I will most definitely come back when I need a little maintenance. I started out with a face I was honestly ashamed of and now to a face that looks like I’m wearing makeup! I highly HIGHLY recommend it if you need laser treatment.

I love the LaserAway in The Heights! The customer service is top notch and everyone is always super helpful. Everyone that works there is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I never have any issues when I’m there or with scheduling. Sade is one of the receptionists and is always so sweet and hospitable. I look forward to all my appointments.
