The staff is incredible! They are all friendly and kind from the moment you walk in until you are scheduling your next appointment to leave. Everyone I have interacted with has been great! They always have promotions going. Laser hair removal process is easy and comfortable.

Can't say enough good things about this LaserAway location. The front desk ladies Jen and Kaitlin M. are so friendly and efficient. Evelyn was my nurse and she made me so comfortable and just made the whole experience a lot more bearable than I anticipated. I will recommend this place to anyone without a doubt.

I just had the best experience at the Laser Away in Southlake. From the booking process to the exit, it was so easy. I was greeted by Jen and another young woman in the front. Jen gave me a quick tour of the facility and was able to make me feel comfortable and reassured. And then my aesthetician Nina had taken it from there. She was very thorough and comforting. Thanks again to everyone who helped me in my experience 10/10

LaserAway has the best staff! Kaitlyn and Carly are super sweet, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. The nurse Neena is the best at doing the laser hair removal. She takes her time to do all the areas carefully and fully. I would definitely recommend!

I had a Clear and Brilliant service with Daisy. Daisy was awesome! She went through all of my options to help me decide what is best for my skin and I’m pleased with the results.
I must also mention Katelyn at the front desk. She is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Any business with her at the front desk will flourish.
