Worst place ever. They’ll probably take down this review, but I went in for a laser brow removal. When I arrived at the front of the building there was an intercom system and their name was on the list. I tried calling numerous times but no one picked up. I then called on my phone to let me in but no one picked up. I was waiting 20 minutes outside until someone picked up the phone and said the entrance was in the back. I went in and the front desk lady gave me attitude after she didn’t pick up the phone for twenty minutes. I then waited over an hour for my two minute appointment. The tech didn’t ask me anything about my brows before she touched them and just zapped me and let me go. No after care no nothing. Extremely unprofessional. My friend also had a bad experience so be warned.

WARNING: This place deletes their reviews! I was wondering HOW this place has so many good reviews when service is awful and it’s because they delete them.

I got lost in the area as GPS directed me to the hospital. I called them up for help and the front desk worker was annoyed and pretentious. She offered no help and just kept saying "it's a tan building", every building surround it is 'tannish'

The place was located in the back of a stand alone building, in the middle of two giant construction zones and a blocked off lot which covered the building from sight.

I waited an HOUR to get a 3 minute laser zap. An HOUR. No apology either. I am incredibly annoyed.

EDIT: They are claiming I arrived late. I was set to arrive on time and was communicative with getting lost. I even told them I'd be 3-4 minutes late, and tried asking for HELP with directions so I could arrive early, to which again, the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful which left me driving in circles (I also told them this). The building was between two construction zones, a blocked off parking lot, and behind a massive construction truck. Waiting 60 minutes AFTER paperwork is ridiculous! I think communicating is what this place needs to work on as I was very disappointed. I wouldn't trust this place again just based off of the professionalism and lack of communication from front desk.

This is the best and only place I’ll go in Las Vegas for my hair removal. The girls there truly take care of you. Not to mention it’s so classy and pretty. L.A. Laser LV, provides top notch quality services. Best in Vegas!

LA Laser is all around great. The prices are fair, the office is clean and comfortable, and the staff are fantastic! I have been coming here for 6 months, and Jill, my tech, is awesome at what she does!! You have to be patient and follow their advice, but they definitely take care of you here. They are LGBTQ friendly here too, which is a huge plus.

I’ve been going to LA laser for some time now and the staff is amazing. Scheduling is simple and they send you reminders the day before your appointment which is extremely helpful. Canceling/rescheduling your appointment is easy because all you have to do is reply to the text and someone will respond to you quickly. I’ve been getting laser hair removal for two years, I believe, and let me tell you… my hair does not grow down there or my armpits. I’m now going to start my legs my next appointment so I’m extremely excited. Jillian is THE BEST. She has me in and out of there; no pain, no nothing. She is amazing and I highly recommend scheduling with her. The other girls there are amazing as well though as I’ve gone to them also! The girls at the front desk are sweet and professional. I appreciate their staff so much. Yoanna at the front desk is also helpful and ready to assist me with scheduling my next appointment.
