Today I had my first laser hair removal session. The clinic had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Melissa was great, she took time to discuss the process and made sure I felt comfortable. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick. I was a bit nervous going in, but Melissa’s professionalism and care put me at ease. I’m excited to see the results!

Absolutely amazing experience! I was looking into laser hair removal as I have many medical issues that make shaving hard (tremors, low vision, etc). They were incredibly informative and kind and caring and understanding. By far one of the best decisions I’ve made! Melissa is amazing and super sociable, knowledgeable and informative. Super comfortable environment too.

She made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. They are all nurses that inject as well

Erika treated me on my Botox. She was amazing! There was absolutely no discomfort! Ideal image has a very relaxing feel. I noticed there is no pressure with up sales! You feel like you are the most important person to them and it's genuine not forced. I left ideal image and tried other spas but keep coming back. I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend ideal Image.

The staff was polite. Erika was so gentle , caring and understanding while doing my Botox and filler. She kept me informed every step of the way, which allowed me to be more relaxed. Very little pain!

This was my first time getting Laser Hair Removal (along my beard lines and back of neck). Melissa did a great job explaining what was happening, gave me good tips to yield the best results, and put me at ease about the process. She was very patient as I handled the discomfort of the laser. I will definitely be back for more services from her.
