I recently (30-Sept-2024) had an outstanding experience at this Ideal Image location, thanks to the exceptional staff. Amy, the administrative staff member, was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with a friendly smile. I told her I was going through a rough time and she recommended the "Power of Positive Thinking," and I added it to be "TBR" list.

I also had the pleasure of working with Delores, the Nurse Practitioner, who was simply fantastic. Her professionalism and expertise made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. She was thorough with marking up the treatment areas and ensuring that all areas were treated. Delores took the time to explain everything in detail and addressed all my concerns, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. I told her I was moving around a lot and she even provided additional advice of using "Furnished Finders" to find apartments (sourced from her time as a traveling nurse).

Overall, the combination of Amy’s administrative support and Delores’s medical expertise made my visit a truly positive experience. I highly recommend this location for anyone considering their services! Thanks, Amy and Delores!

I have had the pleasure of having Sierra as my nurse during my last two sessions, and I only wish I had met her sooner. Sierra is exceptionally gentle, patient, and thorough in her approach. She is attentive to both the process and the client’s comfort, engaging in conversation to help distract from any discomfort. Idea Image is recognized for the cleanliness and quality of its products, but unfortunately, their service quality falls short. From the manager to the front desk staff, interactions can often come across as rude and unprofessional. For instance, I have a payment due on the 1st, and my appointment is on the 2nd. On the day of my appointment, they called to say, “You have a balance, and if it’s not paid, we can’t see you.” Given that payments can take up to 48 hours to process, it’s understandable that the payment would be completed after my appointment. When I explained that the payment had already been deducted from my account and offered my receipt, their response was dismissive, suggesting I contact my lander for clarification. This isn’t an isolated incident; I’ve faced repeated issues that could be resolved with a more professional approach, but that seems lacking in their customer service.

To be fair, the nurses who provide the services are well-mannered, professional, and respectful in their work. They make the experience much more positive despite the issues with the front desk and management.

I had my first laser treatment with Cierra. I was extremely anxious, but she made the experience an enjoyable one. Lots of laughs! I really appreciate the time she took to educate me on the entire process and ensure all of my questions were answered. I definitely felt like was in great hands.

I had an amazing experience with Sierra at Ideal Image Clinic! She expertly did my lip filler and wrinkle relaxer, leaving me feeling beautiful and confident. Sierra is so friendly, and the reception girls were welcoming and warm. Highly recommend Sierra for flawless results!

I'll start with the positive. The customer service on the phone and in person was great. The only complaint I have is about the cancellations by Ideal Image. There were a few times when my appointments were cancelled. The issue is that it was difficult to find an available appointment for weeks later. This was especially frustrating after one of my appointments had to be rescheduled for a time after my contract was due to expire. I had completely paid for the services provided at this time. I think the process of rescheduling should be easier especially for patients who had their appointments cancelled by Ideal Image.
