I am very dissected because they give bad service. Because they are fooling, they make you buy a package and then when you are there they tell you that you have to pay a demartologist to give you a diagnosis of your face. Then you have to spend double the money so I do not recommend this place. Estoy muy deseccionada porque ellos dan mal servicio. porque tr enganan te hacen comprar un paquete y luego cuando estas ahi te dicen que tienes que pagar un demartologo para que te de un diagnostics de tu cara. Entonces te toca gastar el Doble del dinero asi que no les recomiendo este lugar.

This was my first time at Ideal Image Bethesda and overall, I had a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease.

The consultation process was thorough. Helena (highly recommend) took the time to understand my concerns and goals, explaining the procedure, potential side effects, and expected results in detail. I felt well-informed and confident in her expertise.

The treatment was quick and relatively painless and Helena was skilled and precise, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She also provided post-care instructions to help maximize the results and minimize any discomfort.

Within a few days, I started to see the effects, and I was very pleased with the natural-looking results.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone. Specifically, Helena. Her professionalism, the quality of care, and the results all contributed to a great experience.

First time doing laser treatment & the staff have been super nice & patient. All 3 nurse practitioners I have met have always been very nice during my appointments and always make sure you feel comfortable. On my last visit, the NP, Eleany was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time & converses with you to try to distract you from the pain. She was very sweet! Definitely recommend coming here for laser treatments. All my visits have been a postive experience.

I have been so happy with my laser hair removal results. I have had it done in the past and was not permanent now I have been hair Free and haven’t had to waste time shaving! Catch them when they have one of their sales and It’s more than worth the value. I also have come here for Botox and they do the best job out of anywhere I’ve gone so far. My forehead always looks smooth, but not overdone I will continue coming here for those services and hope to add more in the future. Plus, the staff is just so kind and wonderful to work with their membership is more than worth the money. Don’t hesitate sign up now.

Yikes, looks like I’m not alone on complaints! I’ve been receiving treatments with other Ideal Image providers with no issues. My most recent, and last appointment EVER, resulted in half of my eyebrow being lasered off by provider Liz (unsure if she’s a PA or NP, no one will tell me anything - hope she’s licensed!) I was offered a hug when I walked out of the room sobbing and have been informed after numerous calls with customer service that my missing portion of eyebrow is a risk of “scatter.” Funny I haven’t experienced that in the last 5 sessions I’ve had. So don’t get sold on treatment here as the training of the providers is questionable at best - find somewhere else for your med spa needs.

Today was my first visit and I had Iris as my medical provider and she was the best!!! I will definitely be seeing her everytime I come in!!! I would definitely recommend Idea Image!!!

I went to this location to get Botox for my very first time and had Helena as my esthetician. Not only did she help me feel comfortable and less anxious but she thoroughly explained everything before beginning treatment. Additionally, the office is kept clean and the front staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend the Bethesda location!
