I went to Jack to get a new setting for my engagement ring and he was BEYOND helpful. I had a pear shape stone, he showed me what he had along with getting settings to look at based on the photographs I provided. He explained everything in such great detail it was amazing! I had gone in a few times every time with my two young children and he was always sweet and welcoming with them and myself. His knowledge is out of this world along with his customer service and people skills! I highly recommend going there and I will definitely be a returning customer

Best jewelers around. They are honest, professional, and friendly. Eddie repaired my platinum engagement ring, as my diamond was loose, and the prongs were compromised. He meticulously worked on it, to where it looks brand new. I also bought 2 beautiful necklaces. Jack and Ara have also helped me throughout the years, and look forward to seeing them again!

I recently got engaged and brought my ring back to D’Or to be sized. Jack was extremely helpful and offered multiple options to get it sized down. It was initially cut down to size and needed further adjustments. Again Jack walked me though the remaining two options and we came to the joint conclusion that balls needed to be added to the inside of the band which worked perfectly. Knowing how anxious I was to have my ring back he had it returned within a few days which was earlier than I expected.
It’s truly a pleasure working with Jack and everyone at D’Or Jewelry! We’re now working together to find or create a wedding band and I know that will be just as amazing as my engagement ring.
