I take my wife s car to the dealership to get good service. I shouldn't have to finish the service when I get home. I always look under the hood to see if the tech cleaned up. Why did I have to fill the crankcase with oil? Disappointed!

An excellent experience!! Matt Cowles (salesperson) IS extremely friendly and professional, tons of patience and honest. Ron Williams (manager) was great, fought for a better interest rate to get the deal done on the 2022 RAM TRX in my driveway. NO HIDDEN FEES. 4 hour drive upstate to make the deal was well worth it. If I could rate it lower I would. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Just had to replace the back tire after purchasing the car less than 3 months ago. Kody sold the car with 2 plugs and a staple in the tire, after I specifically asked about the condition of the tires. The dealership is paying for HALF of the tire, but the solution that should have happened is the tire was replaced before the car was sold. Kody also lied about the resale value of my car, and unfortunately I believed him and got ripped off. Go elsewhere.

Della Buick GMC Cadillac are hands down a top notch dealer. My local GMC dealer was not such a pleasure to deal with like Della, i drove 1.5 hours away to purchase my new truck and will buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.
