I am a first-time laser hair removal customer, and I think I picked the perfect place for my first experience! I found Dusty through Groupon after reading many positive reviews and seeing the great deals on packages available. Initially, I had only purchased 1 package for 1 area, mainly because I was nervous how my skin would react or if there were any other issues that came up. However, I was so happy with my first session that I immediately asked for all my other problem areas upon my second visit! I am amazed how I can see results after just 1 session and how little and easy the aftercare is. I do have some patches of hair that are more stubborn than others, but I understand I am still early in my journey. I have only completed 2-3 sessions so far, and I am so so happy 🙂 I tell Dusty every time that I can’t believe I waited so long to do this! And speaking of Dusty, she is just so incredibly sweet. She has been very responsive from the start, makes sure all your questions are answered, and demonstrates a very comforting, yet professional bedside manner. I’m also so impressed that she is a one-woman army handling all her appointment bookings, performing services, etc.! She is a great person, and I could not recommend this studio enough, especially if you are nervous like me in the beginning! I’m very excited to see my final results! THANK YOU, DUSTY!!

Dusty is truly the best. I am so happy I came across this studio and decided to go forth with laser treatments. First off, the results are amazing and it is worth every single penny. The equipment is top tier and she is very knowledgeable about the devices. Not only that but I am extremely comfortable every time I come in for an appointment. Dusty is extremely flexible with my busy schedule and never fails to fit me in. She is extremely personable and makes me feel at home. Never thought I'd say I enjoy my laser sessions- but with her I always get a warm welcome and enjoy my time at this place. My experience here could not be better, Dusty is incredibly personable and bubbly which makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I have been going to see Dusty for several months now and am very pleased with my results and Dusty's communication. She kept me in the loop from start to finish, making sure I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect during and after each treatment. Being newer to laser I learned that it often takes longer than the 6 sessions to achieve the results you want.

Dusty is ability to juggle all the moving pieces of booking and managing my treatment. She made everything look so easy, even though I know there was a ton going on behind the scenes.

Dusty is awesome. Note, this is not a big studio - she works independently. That being said, she has always tried to be very flexible with timing appointments and her prices are incredibly competitive. Even though I'm only halfway through my sessions with her, I plan on continuing beyond that as well. Appointments are quick and friendly, I highly recommend her services! Plus the studio is so cute.
