Ok so we really wanted to wait until the spring to buy a new mower. However considering our mower was back in the shop again and we have 8 acres to mow we had to at least look. These guys were great to deal with. Polite and helpful with lots of options. Returned phone calls etc! Anyway we bought a commercial riding lawn mower and couldn’t be happier! Great place to do business with!

Solid local small business, Nate was at the desk was more than helpful every time we interacted, he wasn’t too proud to pass us along to Charlie Jr. when we had more in depth questions. Charlie was able to punch out what we needed and get us in as soon as the order arrived. Ken in the Marcy shop was knowledgeable and forthcoming with a compatibility issue on the truck end, he was able to resolve the issue quickly without jeopardizing the functionality of the upfit.

Took a tractor there to do warranty service on a tractor that was bought from a different dealer. The original dealer retired. After 2 weeks, I called to check on the status and they told me it would be done the next day. When i called the next day to make sure it was ready, the service person told me to come pick it up and take it somewhere else. He said they prioritize their customers first. My company has spent a quite a bit there when they were in Marcy. Not sure if the person I talked to was an employee having a bad day or the owner, but either way, the way I was treated was shocking and highly uncalled for. I'll never spend another dime there.

REVIEW TIME:
Yesterday at 3pm one of my plows broke down. I called Charlie he said get it to there Marcy store and they will do what they have to for me to have it for Wednesday storm coming in. The manager Kenny (great guy) called me this morning at 10am letting me know they replaced the pump and anything else it needed and also greased all my fittings everything was under warranty and I can come get it now!! They didn’t even have my plow 3 hours! In our line of work being down a truck could mean losing a contract or worse being sued if someone gets hurt on the properties you maintain due to not having enough equipment to get the job done. This is why i choose BOSS plows and wouldn’t buy from anyone other then Stahls period!! We all know I am a tough guy to please so for them tiloblow me away with there service says a lot. This isn’t the only time they have done this. In the summer one of my mowers went down. What did they do? They gave me a loaner while they worked on my machine!! They care more about you than just your money!! They got your back and I felt they should be praised. Thanks a million guys for always having our back no matter what season it is…

I'd highly recommend anyone and everyone who is in the market for a subcompact/compact tractor to get one from charles stahl sales and service. I purchased the Yanmar sa424 with bucket and backhoe. Charlie Jr. Was awesome he showed us the entire tractor front to back and thoroughly explained everything on it. When you buy a Yanmar your getting a 100% machine built by yanmar. These guys are fantastic! Super accommodating! Highly recommend! I asked them to make sure the pieces of wood they delivered were small enough for me to handle and they followed through!! Great great customer service
