If I could give him 10 stars, I would ,, I would recommend this guy to anyone,, I was in one of the worst situations with a 23 ford rental vehicle that was very hard to key and the whole system went down nationwide. It took him an extra 24 hours, but as he promised he got me a key and gave it to me to very fair price. I was a pain in the butt customer and he was very professional. The whole time would highly recommend this guy. He also comes recommended from Gator Ford.

I called to have some keys made from blanks that I ordered for an antique car. The woman I spoke to said it would be no problem. Drove over there and the owner started that they won't use my blanks and when I explained to him that I had called and was told that they could, he got mad and dropped his phone. And you wonder why business go out of business. Don't use these people. Rude and very unprofessional.

The Manager was punctual. His helper was great and friendly. They changed all the locks on all 9 doors of my home and tried to save money for me while doing it. It was fine.

The guys there really know their stuff. John and Don have enough experience to handle even the toughest commercial lock and key issues. The showroom is unique atmosphere to especially if you need to make some phone calls while you wait they have comfortable chairs...really eclectic.

I stopped in to ask about having 4 lock sets rekeyed. I told him I would remove the cylinders and bring them in to be rekeyed. He looked at me as if I was speaking Greek. After a short while of attempting to convince me that I didn't know what I was talking about he realized that wasn't working and gave me a quote on the work. When I asked how long it would take to repin the cylinders and cut a new key, since my home would be unlocked, he said he didn't know since he was the only one in the shop. All in all, his manner towards me as a customer and his attempt to make more out of rekeying 4 cylinders handed to him made it very clear to me that this wasn't the guy to give my money to. He needs to realize that locksmiths are a dime a dozen in Orlando and that he will get nowhere by attempting to play informed customers.

The person I spoke with on the phone was beyond rude and consistently spoke over me jumping to conclusions before I could even finish explaining what I needed. I will remember this business with the sole intention of warning people away from it if I'm ever asked. I shouldn't have to shout to finish a sentence to explain what I'm looking for.

Drove forty minutes to this place from my home asking the person I met at the counter to make a single copy of a key that I was having trouble getting a second copy of from my hoa (who orders these keys in bulk from this very locksmith). The man said no -which I completely respect- but said so in such a rude manner, I was momentarily stunned. Like for real. He said stuff about me "obviously trying to make a copy of a key without a company's permission", and that I "clearly am not true owner of the key". Like bruh, I am a teenage college student literally just asking for a service (and for the record I am the owner of the key), not a freaking criminal. After he said all this, I simply said "okay" and left with an air of politeness that was not returned. ? All in all, don't waste your time on this Locksmith and take your service elsewhere. I wish I didn't waste 40 minutes of my life to drive this place, but what can you do.
