I had a session of full body LHR and the technician was very professional and I already see a huge difference. I was initially hesitant because of some older reviews, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance!!! It seems like any past issues have been resolved because my experience was great and I had zero issues. I’ve already referred a friend. The staff was incredibly professional, made me feel comfortable and not awkward throughout, and explained every step of the process. The clinic was clean, and the equipment was accurate at making the process painless. I was laughing for most of the session from conversing with my tech. Most importantly, the results are amazing! I highly recommend giving them a try. 5 stars.

It was my first time getting a cleansing facial and the whole experience was phenomenal! Kelley did an excellent job walking me through the process and actually doing the facial. I walked in a tired bride prepping for her wedding and walked out completely refreshed. Safe to say, will definitely be visiting frequently!

I was a bit nervous about switching providers, but she immediately put me at ease by explaining her 4 years of experience and addressing all my concerns. Her friendly, conversational approach made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable.

My experience was amazing with Narda who was extremely experienced and thorough, however, there seems to be a ton of turnover at this place and the last technician I got after Narda left seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She held the laser so far off my skin, did not go in a stepwise fashion or mark the area out and absolutely did not cover the entire area. I was very disappointed for the amount I paid. Will plan to finish my package but not sure I would go back.

This is a beautiful medspa with caring staff, I came for a hydra facial and it was amazing. The receptionist Makayla was super polite and helpful. Although, it was my first time there they treated me as a long time customer. Very impressed 10/10

My wife bought a package here, nothing out of the normal, she was happy. A few weeks ago she told me that her technician left, and the new tech had no idea of what she was doing, she told me her experience was not the same and that it was painful. Her skin got so irritated it doesn’t look normal, I don’t want her to go back. We keep calling and no one answer the calls, the customer service is horrible, and they won’t issue a refund. All the techs that used to work there left all of the sudden, I don’t even know if there are real technicians. My wife doesn’t recognized any of them. Just be careful and don’t waste money here. Terrible service!
