Andrea and Jess are prompt and ready, don’t waste my time, are experienced/well trained, and do their job with professionalism and confidence (injections are done just right). The front desk staff is equally wonderful. Really glad I found them. They do good work and are transparent with pricing.

My nurse Jessie did a wonderful job with my lip flip , wrinkle relaxer and laser hair removal! No pain at all . I love her chair side manners and how relaxed she makes me feel . At first I was a bit nervous but it was like a walk in the park. Thanks so much for the quality service. Christy and Alex are both very welcoming and very professional front office staff as well ?

I love Ideal Image! The staff is always friendly and nice and gets me checked in and out in a timely manner. The nurses are friendly and nice as well. They are knowledgeable about skin and hair care and answer my questions for caring for my treated areas. I sometimes need stress balls and press and pulses and they listen to my needs and take their time to care for my different areas. I would 100% recommend Ideal Image to anyone who is looking for smoothness, hairless, and even toned skin.

The ladies I met in the clinic were fabulous! One of the receptionist explained how to find the clinic parking lot. Andrea was my nurse, highly recommend working with her. She is very experienced and very kind hearted. 🙂 10/10 customer service from these ladies in office!

I visited Ideal Image for BBL treatments to address some dark spots, and I’m really happy with the results. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’ve had 3 laser hair removal treatments so far. It does get a bit more intense each time. I’ve found it’s important to get a nurse that works quickly but also has good attention to detail. Andrea was great. I decided to use ideal image because they guarantee that all of their laser hair removal techs are actual medical professionals so like a nurse, np, pa, etc. this location has been great each time I’ve been and the staff is very friendly. There is street parking in the front or a small lot in the back.
