Many attempts starting at 11 o’clock in the morning on 10/05/23, but until 11:15 AM there were absolutely no answers to either the sales department or the bookkeeping department and on top of all of that, you cannot leave any voicemails or messages! It is impossible to make money if you don’t answer your phones, so that people can buy stuff from you! You might, as will not be in business if you’re not gonna do business.!.!.!

Was told 1-2 weeks for repair. Called in after 2 weeks and was told "we haven't even looked at your drill yet". 2 weeks later it was finally done. Got drill home. Still broken. People seemed nice but seriously lacked basic customer service skills and basic communication to keep their chstomers informed.

Had them fix my dewalt grinder last year and it was done in a couple days and works great. Price was reasonable. I was happy. Will definitely be bringing more tools in as needed.

While I believe R&D services is trying to supportive of their customers, they behave as customers should understand their limitations not the other way around. Their limitation are based on their hours/days of operations and lack of a formal pickup service.

As a residential customer, our schedules are limited to what our job/work schedules permit. So, when working with R&D services, I would suggest you need to be very flexible with your schedule. They do not provide any weekend hours nor are they willing to make an appointment on the weekend. They do not have a formal pickup service but they are willing to try to pick up..but again, you need to have a very flexible schedule.

This does not work for me, but it might work for you.

Brought in four tools tool for repair and have been for four weeks for three of them the other went back because it wasn't fixed properly the first time. I like the people but I'm not happy with the lack of communication. I hope things get better in the future.

Brought my hitachi blower for warranty work, and was told to wait about a week. Actually I waited almost two months for them to finish the fix. And when I picked it up, I was told it's not covered by warranty. They fixed it without give me an estimate and refuse to give a discount. I should have insisted that I should pay nothing or they return the blower to original condition.

Not that it makes a difference now, they are closed. They had my power washer for 3 months and didnt fix anything. Now my warranty is expired and I cant get this thing fixed.

Awsome place. Some say i purposely break my tools to stop and see them. But that isnt the case. I just work to hard.. going to miss there smiling faces. But enjoy retirement!!!
